  • U11 AAA/U12 Off-Season Performance Skate

On-ice sessions will have four main areas of focus: power skating, skills, hockey IQ development, and game situational training. We utilize a progression based model which will have players constantly growing their capabilities each week of the program. Our drills are designed to match the development stage of the players on the ice to ensure we are developing the most crucial areas of their game. With our knowledgeable instructors, we maintain a 5:1 player-to-coach ratio during all sessions to ensure players are receiving consistent feedback. After completion of the program, players can expect to improve their skating efficiency, edgework, speed, puck handling capabilities, and shooting. Additionally, players will learn new tactics to create time and space for themselves in-game and gain the hockey IQ to recognize opportunities for success all around the rink.
