Reach outTHE PROLIFIC ADVANTAGE
The Prolific Hockey instructional methodology is based on the progression model. At Prolific Hockey we structure our sessions beginning with Power Skating/Edgework, then move on to Skill Drills that incorporate the Powerskating/Edgework being taught prior. Next we focus on Flow Drills that integrate the Power Skating/Edgework and Skills being taught in the previous drills while moving in space. Lastly, we finish each of our sessions with a Battle/Compete Drill to tie in all of the skills taught in the lesson in a game like situation.
