COACH DANNY
FOUNDER
HOMETOWN: Waterloo, Ontario
Coach Danny grew up playing hockey in both the Waterloo and Kitchener Minor Hockey Associations. After graduating from minor hockey, he went on to play four years of Junior A with the Mississauga Chargers, St. Michael’s Buzzers, and Burlington Cougars of the OJHL.
In his final season with Burlington, Danny was named Team MVP and earned a scholarship to Salem State University, where he captured two NCAA Conference Championships over his four-year collegiate career.
During his time at Salem State, Danny was recognized as a 3x Conference Player of the Week and 4x All-American Academic Team member, highlighting both his on-ice performance and commitment to excellence off the ice.
"I believe in developing players not only to excel on the ice but to grow as individuals off it. Hockey teaches discipline, resilience, and teamwork — qualities that extend far beyond the rink. Through video analysis, I help players see the game differently, understand their habits, and build awareness that drives real improvement.
My goal as a coach and mentor is to turn every shift into a learning opportunity — using my own experiences and hockey journey to guide players toward smarter decisions, stronger confidence, and long-term success. It’s an honour to help shape the next generation of athletes through the power of detailed, personalized video feedback."
